What is Kitchenbask.com Club Membership and What are the benefits?
Kitchenbask.com Club offers three types of membership programs
Silver Membership
To become a Silver Member the customer must have the following:
Those who have earned 9,000 lifetime club points will be automatically upgraded to Silver membership.
This membership includes:
- As soon as a customer gets upgraded to the silver club member, he/she will receive 500 club points.
- Customers will earn 2 Club Points for every 500 taka he/she spends on Kitchenbask.com.
Gold Membership
To become a Gold Member the customer must have the following:
Those who have earned 30,000-lifetime club points will be automatically upgraded to Gold membership.
This membership includes:
- As soon as a customer gets upgraded to a Gold club member, he/she will receive 1,000 club points.
- Orders will be authorized without disturbing the customer with any calls.
- As soon as a customer’s order is authorized, the order will automatically be processed for prompt delivery. So customers will receive their desired products within the shortest time possible.
- Customers will earn 2.5 Club Points for every 100 taka he/she spends on Kitchenbask.com.
Black Membership
To become a Black Member the customer must have the following:
Those who have earned 50,000-lifetime club points will be automatically upgraded to Black membership.
This membership includes:
- As soon as a customer gets upgraded to a Black club member, he/she will receive 2,000 club points.
- Orders will be authorized without disturbing the customer with calls.
- As soon as a customer’s order is authorized, the order will automatically be processed for prompt delivery. So customers will receive their desired products within the shortest time possible.
- The members shall be on all our priority lists for call center assistance and services.
- Customers will earn 3 Club Points for every 100 taka he/she spends on Kitchenbask.com.

How can I change my email address?
For Website:
- Log in to your kitchenbask.com account
- Click ‘My Account’
- Go to ‘Contact Information’
- Select ‘Change Email’
- Enter your new email address then enter your current password and select save to update.
For App:
- Open the kitchenbask.com app
- Go to the “Account” section at the top left corner of your app
- Click ‘Sign In to your account’ and log in to your account.
- Select ‘Edit info’ option then ‘Change Email’
- Enter your new email address then enter your current password and select save to update.
Is there any validity of club points?
The points will be valid for 120 days. After 120 days the points will be expired.
What is Club Point?
While shopping at Kitchenbask.com, you will receive points based on the total amount of purchase (1.8 Club points* for every 100 taka you spend on Kitchenbask.com), the payment method, and the shipping method preferred. These points will be converted to store credit, which can be used later during shopping at Kitchenbask.com or can alternatively, be stored for becoming a member of Kitchenbask.com Club.
What is the value of points?
You will receive 1 taka discount for 9 club points. For example, you have 500 club points in your account. You will get 60 taka discount against the club points.
How can I change the password of my account?
For Website:
- Log in to your kitchenbask.com account
- Click ‘My Account’
- Go to ‘Contact Information’
- Select ‘Change Password’
Enter your Current Password then enter your New Password and re-enter the New Password again to confirm
For App:
- Open the kitchenbask.com app
- Go to the “Account” section at the top left corner of your app
- Click ‘Sign In to your account’ and log in to your account.
- Select ‘Edit info’ option then ‘Change Password’

How can I create an account on Kitchenbask.com?
For Website:
- Go to Kitchenbask.com Website
- Click ‘Register’ in the top right corner on of the website
- Enter you Name, Email address, password & click ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’
For App:
- Open the kitchenbask.com app
- Go to the “Account” section at the top left corner of your app
- Click ‘Sign In to your account’
- Select ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’ option
- Enter you Name, Email address, password & click ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’
How can I create a seller account?
We always look forward to working with new Business Clients and coming up with innovative and different product lines for our valued customers.
You have to send us a complete/detailed Business Proposal, including the product and price list attached to support@kitchenbask.com.com. So, we may forward it to our concerned Business Development Team. After our team has gone through it, they will contact you and let you know the feedback.
Please do not forget to add your contact details including your mobile number.
How can I update my address?
Please click here to update your default address. If the order is placed then you have to communicate with us Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket.
How can I deactivate my Kitchenbask.com account?
You will not be able to deactivate your account from your end. You have to create a ticket click here. Our concerned team will deactivate the account by the next 3 working days.
How can I earn club point?
The following gives an outline regarding how Club points can be earned while shopping at Kitchenbask.com.com:
- You will earn 1.8 Club Points* for every 100 taka you spend on Kitchenbask.com.
- You will earn 3 Club Points when your referee spends every 100 taka on Kitchenbask.com ( Applicable for first order only).
- You will get 300 club points when someone place an order after sign up in Kitchenbask.com using your link/code. Applicable for first successful delivered order only.
My Order
How can I cancel my order?
You will not be able to cancel the order from your end. You have to share the order number and cancellation reason through our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket and we will cancel the order.
Will I receive any confirmation after placing any order?
Upon placing the order, you will receive a text message and an email with your order number, and a call for the verification of the Order.
What should I do if I miss the order confirmation call?
We will attempt twice to confirm your order and if you miss the call then you can contact our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat or Support Ticket to confirm the order. If your order is already canceled then you have to place a new order form your end.
Are there any hidden costs or charges if I order?
No. You only pay what you see. However, if you choose home delivery then you shall have to pay an additional charge for the delivery. And if you also request Installation or fitting of the ordered product, then such shall carry a small installation or fitting charge.
How can I place an order?
To place an order you have to visit our website. Then search your desired product, select the color and click ‘Buy Now’.
Update your Name, Contact Number, Address and Select payment method. We have Cash on Delivery (above BDT 500), bKash, Online Payment & EMI as payment method. You can also avail Card on delivery facility (inside Dhaka Metro City only).
We highly recommend creating an account before placing the order.
How can I change or add new address after placing the order?
If you want to change your address after the order placement, you have to share the order number and updated address information through our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket.
My order got canceled what should I do?
If you want to make the payment online then you have to place a new order from your end. You can reorder from 'My Orders'. If required we can place a new order from our side if you want to avail Cash on delivery (Amount above BDT 500) or Card on delivery facility (Inside Dhaka Metro Only).
How can I add or remove any item in the order?
You can add or remove any item from your cart before placing the order. If the order is placed then you have to communicate with us Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket.
How can I change the Contact Number?
You can update the contact number from your account address book. If the order is already placed then you have to share the order number and updated contact information through our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket and we will update the contact number.
Payment and EMI
Payment
Do you accept DBBL Nexus card?
You can make payment using only VISA/Master card of Dutch Bangla Bank but we do not accept the Nexus card.
How can I avail Card on delivery?
We are providing the Card on delivery facility inside Dhaka metro city* only. Our rider will take the payment with the POS machine while delivering the product. You have to make the payment first after that our rider will handover the product.
I failed to make payment while placing the order. What shoud I do?
For bKash payment:
- You can make the payment manually to our merchant number ‘01708127127’.
- Make the payment using ‘Payment’ Option.
- Use your order number as a reference.
- Share the transaction number, bKash wallet number, and amount with us after making a successful payment.
For Online payment:
- You will not be able to make the online payment manually. If the online payment is unsuccessful, you have to place a new order with successful online payment.
Why your agent called me and asked for advance payment?
We are unable to provide Cash on delivery or Card on delivery facility with all of your products. We ask for the advance payment for security purposes because of the product price or size.
Can I make the payment using 'Rocket' wallet?
Currently, you will not be able to make the payment using 'Rocket' account. We accept only bKash payment.
What are the Payment methods?
We have Cash on Delivery (above BDT 1000), bKash, Nagad, Online Payment (VISA/MASTER/AMEX) & EMI as payment method. You can also avail Card on delivery facility (inside Dhaka Metro City only).
Can I avail cash on delivery from outside Dhaka?
You can avail cash on delivery facility (any where is Bangladesh) if the grand total of your order is above BDT 1000.
Why Cash on delivery is not showing?
Currently, we are unable to provide cash on delivery facility if the grand total of your order is below BDT 500. You have to make the payment in advance through bKash, Nagad or online.
